Children’s Privacy Policy (COPPA)
Last updated: October 21, 2026
At Demy, we believe learning should be joyful, curiosity-driven, and safe from commercial exploitation. This Children’s Privacy Policy explains our practices for Demy educational applications and learners under the age of 13 in compliance with the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), European Union GDPR-K, and Google Play Families policies.
Core child-safety guarantees
- Safe learning environment: We do not display behavioral or targeted third-party advertising to underage learners in Demy educational applications.
- Zero minor tracking: We do not collect persistent advertising identifiers (IDFA or AAID) for attribution or cross-app tracking.
- No personal identifier collection: Children can explore letters, numbers, shapes, and logic puzzles without creating an account or providing a real name, email address, phone number, or physical location.
- Parental gates: External links, settings, and support options are protected behind an adult verification gate.
Parental rights and controls
- Review learning progress saved locally on the child’s device at any time.
